🌺🌸🌼🌷💐 Im craving some color in my life right now. I don’t think I ever realized how much I love flowers until I moved to a concrete jungle where bursts of color and huge parks just weren’t very common in the middle of a bustling city. In the past, Korean buildings were built for functionality, not for beauty. Many buildings looked gray and blended in with one another so flowers really stuck out to me wherever I went. This picture makes me happy & now I understand and appreciate all my mom has done to always have beautiful gardens and flowers in our home no matter the time of year. And looking at this old photo has me feeling ready for summer & sun☀️
Happy happy 25th birthday to you Joseph!!! I hope you have an amazing birthday and feel all the love today because you deserve it! Remember that time you surprised me and flew to visit me in South Korea for a week?! And my students idolized you and and we laughed harder than I had in a long time. And you immersed yourself and took it all in. And we did everything we possibly could in 7 days. Best week ever. Thanks for being an amazing brother. We are all lucky to have you! Love you and can’t wait to celebrate in person and spend the summer out on the lake!! 🎉🎂🎈
The past two years in Korea were filled with a lot of amazing food, a lot of dancing and a lot of soju and truthfully I loved all the memories. But I did miss my normal workout routine and healthier lifestyle so I was ready to jump back into it when I moved home. It’s been amazing working out consistently the past 6 months. I’ve found an amazing gym and have had a blast working out with my older brother and dad. We all push each other. Working out has been one of the best healing tools to reverse culture shock and missing Korea. Amazing what bodies can do.
Happy Easter Friends and Family! 🐣 Hope you all were able to spend it with those you love and enjoy. So happy to be home and continue traditions like dying Easter eggs with my nephew and making Italian Easter baskets with my family💛
Really great being able to show Claire around Minnesota for the first time! You know it’s true friendship when you haven’t seen each other in awhile and it’s like nothing has changed. Yet so much has changed since we both moved back to the states 6 months ago! Feeling extra thankful for lifelong friends and new memories in new places 💁🏼‍♀️💁🏻‍♀️#thankyouKorea
Starting the celebrations💚🍀
